Books, Bridge, Yarn and Games
The KNITTING-SEWING GROUP comes together on the third Friday of each month at 11am to noon. Weather permitting, the group meets at the picnic tables across from the Corte Madera Post Office. Members have made and donated lap blankets, pillows, hats and clothing protectors to a dozen Marin organizations. Contact Linda Varonin to contribute yarn, beach towels or fabric so they can continue bringing comfort to those in care facilities.
The BOOK GROUP brings curious, inquiring women together to share books and enjoy discussing them in a positive and inviting environment. The reading list is eclectic and new members are always welcome. Weather permitting the group meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm at Piccolo Pavilian in Menke Park or via Zoom.
